Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched. 

For any urgent concerns regarding an order, please contact us at contact@naseebo.com or 97737 99182  as soon as possible. Cancellation requests, if any, will be considered at the sole discretion of Naseebo and are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer one exchange per product/order, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery of the order.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are available in the following cases:

• Size-related issues

• Wrong product received

• Damaged or defective product received, subject to verification

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be unwashed and unaltered

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags and labels attached

• Be returned with the original packaging, wherever applicable

Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags may not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Charges

For size-related exchanges:

• A ₹300 reverse-pickup charge will apply for clothing items and will be borne by the customer.

• Alternatively, customers may ship the product back to us using a registered courier service at their own cost.

For approved cases involving a wrong, damaged or defective product received, Naseebo will arrange or reimburse the return shipping, subject to verification and approval.

Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for another exchange or return.

Naseebo is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being shipped back by the customer.

3. Return Policy

Naseebo does not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, styling preference or incorrect size selection.

Returns are considered only in the following cases:

• A damaged product was received

• A defective product was received

• An incorrect product was delivered

All such cases are subject to verification and approval by Naseebo.

Reporting a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

Please include your order number, photographs/videos of the issue and relevant details so that our team can assess the claim.

We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package, particularly for claims relating to damage, missing items or an incorrect product. 

Return Conditions

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be unwashed and unaltered

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags and labels intact

• Be returned with the original packaging, wherever applicable

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Refund & Resolution

For an approved return, Naseebo may provide one of the following resolutions, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability:

• Replacement with the same product, subject to availability

• Exchange for another product of equal value

• Refund of the eligible product amount, where applicable

The applicable resolution will be communicated by the Naseebo team after the product and claim have been reviewed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer's bank account.

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account details for processing the refund.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product has been received and successfully validated, approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days.

Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 working days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges, where applicable, are non-refundable:

• Original shipping charges

• COD charges

• Convenience or platform charges

• Other applicable service fees

5. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the product received is incorrect, damaged or defective, subject to verification and approval by Naseebo.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to their order unless otherwise communicated by Naseebo.
