Cancellation & Return Policy
At Naseebo, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, cancellation is generally not allowed.
- For any urgent concerns, customers may contact us at contact@naseebo.com or 93105 08138.
2. Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within [7-14] days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels intact.
- The exchange will be allowed only once per order/product.
- Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for return or further exchange.

Customers are required to send the product back to us via a registered courier service, or we may arrange a reverse pickup (subject to availability).
2.1. Exchange Charges
- A reverse pickup charge of ₹300 (for clothing items) will be applicable for exchanges and will be borne by the customer.
- Alternatively, if the customer ships the item back themselves, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
2.2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only accepted for:
- Size issues
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective products (subject to validation).
3. Return Policy:

We currently accept returns only in limited cases, such as:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Incorrect product delivered -
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours to 7 days of delivery, depending on the nature of the issue.
- For damaged/defective products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@naseebo.com or 93105 08138.
- Customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
3.1. The video must be:
- Unedited
- Authentic
- Clearly show the package opening and the defect/damage.
- Edited, incomplete, or suspicious videos will not be accepted.
3.2.The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and labels intact - Return Shipping
- Returns must be sent through a registered courier service.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- In case of accepted damaged/defective returns, return shipping charges may still be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by the brand. - Return Eligibility
- Returns will be accepted only once per order/product.
- Once a return or exchange has been processed, the item will not be eligible for any further claims.
4. Refund Policy:

If your return is approved after validation, we may offer any one of the following:
- Replacement of the same product.
- Exchange for another product of the same value.
- Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
- Refunds will not be issued as a credit note unless specifically communicated by the brand. - Refund Timeline
- Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and validating the returned item.
- In some cases, it may take up to 12–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider. -
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any COD charges, convenience charges, or platform fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
