Role Overview:
As the face of Naseebo's store, you'll be instrumental in creating an exceptional shopping experience. You will:

•⁠  ⁠Oversee daily store tasks, ensuring seamless opening and closing procedures
•⁠  ⁠Lead and guide our team, creating a positive work space
•⁠  ⁠Maintain stunning visual merchandising standards
•⁠  ⁠Assist customers with product selections
•⁠  ⁠Handle store stock and coordinate with our factory
•⁠  ⁠Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
•⁠  ⁠Stay updated on brand campaigns, new launches, and fashion trends 

Eligibility:
•⁠  ⁠Atleast 2 years work experience in fashion retail
•⁠  ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills
•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive abilities
•⁠  ⁠Full-time role based in South Delhi
•⁠  ⁠A passion for Indian textiles, craftsmanship, and sustainable fashion is a major plus
