Role Overview:
As a Fashion Designer at Naseebo, you'll be responsible for translating our brand vision into wearable, elegant collections. You will:

•⁠ ⁠Design original pieces across different categories for our collection
•⁠ ⁠Conduct in-depth trend forecasting and competitor research
•⁠ ⁠Create mood boards, sketches, detailed tech packs, and fabric selections
•⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with pattern makers, sampling units, and production teams
•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with new printing techniques, sustainable fabrics, and finishing methods

Eligibility & Skills:
•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of professional experience in ethnic or fusion fashion design
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in digital design applications like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle end-to-end design development from idea to sketch to final product
•⁠ ⁠Excellent eye for fabrics, colors, detailing, and Indian craftsmanship
•⁠ Full-time, on-site role based in Delhi
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills – fluency in Hindi & English
•⁠ ⁠A deep understanding of silhouettes, drapes, fabric behavior, and embellishments
